hat a beautiful season. So full of love and family and friends and food. And eating. I successfully stuffed myself with appetizers before Christmas Eve dinner, and there are exactly 2 boxes of chocolate, 2 trays of cookies, a loaf of Lithuanian nut bread, 2 pans of homemade sourdough cinnamon rolls, and an unlimited supply of hot chocolate in my family’s kitchen at this very moment. And those are just the sweets.

wo days and counting! No… presents are still not wrapped, but they are on my list and I have checked it twice.
So many holiday memories have been made in the last week. My snow trip was unforgettably magical, and I attended my first Lithuanian Nut Bread making party with four generations of women on my boyfriend’s side. Also pretty magical. And messy.
I made sure to cross all of the must-do snow activities off of my list while in Tahoe. We built a snowman, made snow angels, had a snowball fight, drank hot chocolate, went tubing down the bunny slopes, and watched a Christmas movie of course.
